Notes:
Three days of classroom lecture on processing underwater crime scenes and two days in-water activities culminating in a final examination that includes the processing of two underwater crime scenes. Those who dive must have open water certification. Those interested in land based support activities need not get wet and are welcome. Those working for a public service agency can be certified as Underwater Investigators with I.A.N.T.D. Participants may receive graduate or undergraduate credit for the course if they so desire.
